Magno-pulse have such faith in our products that you can feel free to order and inspect and if you are unhappy you can send it back within seven days.
Please inspect the product carefully before opening it since we cannot accept the return of or give a refund on goods which have been opened and used.
Shipping is flat rate and by Canada Post First Class Parcel. The flat rate price is $6.00 CAD.
All orders before 2pm will be shipped the same day, excluding weekends. Any orders after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. Orders take 2-5 day from despatch.
The Company reserves the right to make a handling charge for goods returned.
You may wish to replace the unused return with a different product. In this case only a nominal handling charge will be made, and a new order will be put in hand.
Any return which arises from a clearly defined visible manufacturing defect, or due to a non-conformity of the goods delivered to the goods ordered, will after verification by the Magnopulse, entitle the buyer to a full credit to his/her credit card.
Before returning goods for any reason, please tell Magnopulse and give reasons for the return.
The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimize, risk of damage in transit.
Refunds are for the purchase price only, less any relevant handling charge. Return shipping costs and the insurance cost, are the customers responsibility.
Unwanted goods must be returned within seven days of purchase.
Undamaged unwanted goods must be returned in factory condition.
